King's Kids Summer Day Camp

Immanuel offers King's Kids Summer Day Camp in our Early Childhood area during the summer months while school is not in session.  Children 2 1/2 (potty trained) through 14 years of age are eligible to participate.

King's Kids take a variety of field trips that make the summer fun and memorable.  Sometimes all the children are on the same trip activity and other times the younger children and older children split up and take separate trips.  For example, the older children might go to the Denver Zoo or Downtown Aquarium while the younger group might go to JumpIn.  In previous years, King's Kids typically averaged three field trip activities per week.  These have included, but are not limited to:

  • Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch horseback ridingKing's Kids Summer Day Camp students go on many field trips
  • Tours of local businesses, such as Dairy Delite
  • JumpIn
  • Swimming at the Winona Pool
  • Denver Zoo
  • Plays at the Rialto Theater
  • Ice skating
  • Movies
  • Downtown Aquarium
  • An animal sanctuary
  • Loveland city parks

During one week of the summer, Immanuel Lutheran Church runs a Vacation Bible School in the morning.  All King's Kids children on-site that week will automatically be registered for VBS.

King's Kids Summer Day Camp campers also attend Vacation Bible SchoolSpecifics about rates, schedules, and general information are available on our Summer Camp flyer.  Fees for the field trip activities are in addition to listed rates.  Registration for the upcoming summer opens in mid March and can be completed by filling out the Registration Form and returning it to the school office. Space does fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged.  Additional questions can be answered by our Early Childhood teachers/staff or by contacting the school office.
