Cash for Trash

Our PTF and other volunteers help raise money for Immanuel by collecting and packing your sorted Terracycle submissions and shipping them to Terracycle for cash. You can help fund our school's efforts by saving, sorting, and turning in any of the items in the following list. Materials for Terracycle can be left in the appropriately marked bins across the hall from the bookkeeping window and under preschool sign-in table.

No Longer Accepted

Scott Paper Product Packaging, Cookie Packaging, Coffee Bag, and Kashi Packaging Brigades. (Many Kashi items are still accepted with other brigades, but not cardboard).

PLEASE SORT!

Any sorting you do with what you collect at home is a big help to our parent volunteers. For example, stuff all the chip/snack bags inside one chip bag, all the bar wrappers in a clean/dry repurposed Ziploc or shopping bag, all the candy wrappers in another bag, all the tortilla bags in one tortilla bag, and so on.

More information on brigades and accepted packaging is available at www.terracycle.net.
